This app is completely free starting with version 1.2.

Features

1. Automatically track usage time

   • Effy automatically records which apps, documents and websites you use, so you can always know where your time went.

2.  Categorization of usage time

   • You can easily view your time spent by client or project through the filter.

   • The filter can be created using simple keyword for beginners or can be used regular expressions for advanced users.

   • You can later re-categorization and delete tracked data.

3. Visualization of usage time

   • Pie chart of spent time which projects, tags, apps and websites.

   • Bar graph of spent time by time of day.

   • Bar graph showing productivity score over a two-week period.

4. Maximize your productivity

   • We quantify productivity using original logic based on the weighting of filters.

   • Effy displays your productivity score directly in the menu bar. Focusing on productivity score helps you avoid procrastination.

5. AI-powered Analytics

   • Analyzes user activity to report on productivity and focus patterns by using generative AI.

   • Provides tips to help improve productivity.

   • Reports are available in all languages.
